The Cisco Unity servers need rebooting after some configuration work was done today. Cisco Voicemail may not be available during periods of the outage window.

The impacted phone centers are now able to accept incoming phone calls.

Starting at 10:25am, 15 February 2017, some call centers reported problems with accepting incoming phone calls, including the Solution Center at (515)294-4000. For more information please contact the Solution Center at solution@iastate.edu.
